Cycles of Concentration (conductivity)
Measures how many times the recirculating water has been concentrated relative to makeup water using conductivity as the tracer. Higher cycles mean less water and chemical use but greater scaling pressure.
Variables
| Symbol | Meaning | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Conductivity of the recirculating tower water | microsiemens per cm | |
| Conductivity of the makeup water | microsiemens per cm |
