Critical monitoring parameters

Definition

The set of measurements tracked to manage destructive oxidation: dissolved oxygen, ORP, residual oxidizer, pH, conductivity, temperature, and corrosion coupons.

Each parameter captures a different part of the electron-flow system, from driving force to rate limit to actual metal loss. Together they let an operator predict corrosion risk as oxygen, oxidizer residual, temperature, and conductivity change. They turn corrosion management into a measurable, predictable practice.
